11:45 AM arrival on Southwest Flight 2880 to Hyatt Carmel - travel time 90 minutes
5:45 pm pick up from hotel, 6:30 pm dinner at Lucia’s with signature dessert and owner meet-and-greet
9:45 pm return to hotel
DAYs 2: Tue, June 14 :: E-Bike Tour
8:00 am Breakfast at Pacific’s Edge (Located in the Hyatt Carmel Highlands) followed by group meeting
1:20 pm, depart hotel for E-bike tour
2-4:30 pm, bike tour, 5 pm, return to hotel
6:45 pm pick up from hotel, 7:30 pm dinner and wine pairing with sommelier at Stillwater’s in Pebble Beach
10:45 pm return to hotel
Day 3: Wed, June 15 :: WINE TOUR
8:00 am Breakfast at Pacific’s Edge (Located in the Hyatt Carmel Highlands) followed by group meeting
12 pm pick-up for Wine Tour with Monterey Guided Wine Tours (paid for directly by travelers)
12:45 pm Rustique Winery, 2:30 Odonata Winery, 5 pm return to hotel
6:45 pm pick up from the hotel, 7:30 pm Farewell dinner with California Champagne pairing at Anton and Michel
10:30 pm return to hotel
DAY 4: Thu, June 16 :: Farewell! Transfer to San Jose
Breakfast at your leisure at Pacific’s Edge (Located in the Hyatt Carmel Highlands)
8:30 am Private shuttle to San Jose International Airport (Flight Southwest 2132 departing at 12:25 pm)
DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1
Settle into your perfect accommodations.
Arrive in Big Sur
Upon arrival in San Jose make your way to Carmel on your own (transfers available). Upon arrival at the hotel, enjoy a welcome drink and time to relax and soak in the scenery. We'll enjoy a group dinner before a good night’s rest.

Arrive at San Jose International Airport and meet your driver with signboard “Falon Scott” at 11:45 AM (Southwest Arrival Flight 2880) and transfer in a private shuttle to Hyatt Carmel with champagne and box of delicious charcuterie - travel time 90 minutes.
Dinner Reservation:
6:30pm dinner at Lucia’s, pick up from hotel at 5:45pm

Day 2
We’ll spend our time exploring this adventurers paradise by bike.
E-Bike Tour
Meet your guide at the hotel at 1:20 pm and set off to the bike rental offices. At 2 pm, we’ll head out on a 17-Mile E-Bike ride that meanders up and down the hills of Pebble Beach, renowned for its beauty. Admire stunning seaside views, famous golf courses, and amazing mansions on this guided e-bike tour.
We’ll return to the hotel and freshen up before our group dinner.
