With its warm waters under a bright tropical sun, Costa Rica is the perfect location to devote time to your fitness, peace of mind and overall health, ensuring your return home your best self! The Dailey Method ignites awareness through hands-on training and education. Our intrinsic focus on alignment and strength results in better posture, better movement, and a better you. We'll kayak the seas, workout beachside, surf, hike, eat local fruits, and toast under the stars – some of the most magnificent adventures Costa Rica has to offer! All this with our favorite fitness trainers and friends.

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1

Costa Rica is a world renowned leader in environmental sustainability; inspiring examples abound!

Meals: B

Arrive at the San Jose Airport

Arrival at the Airport in Liberia and pass through immigration and customs. Upon departure, find your driver holding a sign with your name on it. Transfer to your beachside hotel (20 min - 1 hour) hotel. We gather as a group for an evening welcome dinner. Overnight in your beachside hotel.


Day 2

Kayak the Pacific and Beachside TDM Workouts

After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll jump in for our group workout. Following, get ready for a half day exploring by kayaking. After a short safety briefing, hop in your double kayak explore the local flora, fauna and breathtaking views. We’ll enjoy lunch ocean side and return to the hotel in time to clean up for our afternoon guided yoga and meditation by the beach. Group dinner, and free evening.


DAY 3

Soak up the abundant flora.

Hiking and TDM Workouts

Enjoy a morning snack if you rise before the group, followed by a morning yoga and meditation before breakfast. We will then drive to the trailhead for a guided hike and refreshing swim. We return for lunch and the rest of the day is at your leisure to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and the amazing views. We’ll have an available afternoon class, followed by a group dinner.


Day 4

Farmer’s Market, Cooking Class, and Meditation

We will have snacks available for morning risers, followed by a morning stretch and yoga session before a leisurely group breakfast. Later we visit the local farmer’s market with our resident chef. Learn all about local crops and pick your favorites for tonight’s dinner. Return to the hotel and participate in a Cooking Class where you’ll learn to make great meals using local ingredients from the hotel’s orchard and the local market. We'll enjoy a group dinner after a relaxing mindfulness practice. 


Day 5

Farewell beautiful Costa Rica!

Adios

After breakfast, meet your driver for your transfer to the International Airport in Liberia or begin your extension to another area.
