Day 1

Welcome to paradise!

Arrive at the Liberia Airport

Arrive at Liberia International Airport (LIR) and pass through immigration and customs. Choose to book a transfer or rent a car. Transfer to your beachside house (about 1 hour) and settle in.


Day 2-6

Free Days

Enjoy your days exploring Tamarindo at your leisure. Opt to add on any of the following activities:

Zip Line - Canopy Tour Tamarindo:
Feel as if you are flying through the middle of the forest with 360 degree views and top-notch safety! Let our expert bilingual guides take you on our 10 cables, hanging bridge, and 11 platforms. This particular canopy is unique in that it’s more than just an adrenaline zip line. You’ll have a unique experience in the pacific jungle, with the chance to see howler monkeys, iguanas, exotic birds, large prehistoric trees and pristine tropical nature in a way you’ve never seen before. This tour is one-of-a-kind, exciting environmental activity.

Diamante EcoAdventure Park (Full day tour)
This EcoAdventure Park Pass includes everything you need for an unforgettable day in Costa Rica. With access to the discovery pass, aerial pass, hanging bridges over crocodiles, a botanical garden, beach activities, free coffee, juice, and lunch you will have plenty to do and lots to see!

The Adventure Pass also provides unlimited access to Diamante’s Animal Sanctuary, recognized as one of the most beautiful wildlife education centers in Costa Rica. The Botanical Garden, filled with fruit trees, flowers and plants, is the location of the Traditional House, a replica of a typical farmhouse common in the area 100 years ago. Diamante offers a unique hands-on cultural experience with coffee, chocolate and sugar cane.

Hammock Beach is the ideal spot to enjoy Costa Rica with the Adventure Pass. You will have exclusive access to the beach for added activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, and kayaking. Choose from the more active activities, or sit back and relax in the hanging chairs and hammocks swinging along the beach.

Sail/Snorkel Catamaran
Glide along Costa Rica’s Gold Coast while passing some of Guanacaste’s exotic white sand beaches, and tropical jungles. Gaze off the bow with a cold tropical drink in hand, scanning the water for dolphins, sea turtles, flying fish, and even a breaching whale. Stop in a tranquil bay and snorkel or explore the deserted white sand beach. Enjoy a feast of BBQ chicken, yellow Spanish rice, fruit, chips, black bean puree, pico de Gallo, and homemade chocolate chip cookies back on board. End the day watching the sun set into the ocean from your stunning view on the water.

Monteverde Hanging Bridges, Sloth Sanctuary & Reptile Combo: This is the Ultimate Monteverde Nature Tour! Visit the famous Sloth Sanctuary of Selvatura Park, a close-up experience with some 20 sloth specimens. In the sanctuary the sloths can travel freely between paths that were specially created to roam among the trees and foliage of the exhibition. After a hearty lunch, take your time and walk through the clouds on the notorious hanging bridges, walking on eight different bridges with various lengths ranging between 150 feet up to 510 feet. Stand–Up Paddle Boards Lessons:
First-timers will enjoy the challenge of balance. Choose one of the following:

Isla Capitan SUP: This is a 2.5 hour lesson on flat water while exploring the island and snorkeling. Join in on the fun of this new growing sport. From $85 per person.

Playa escondida SUP: Enjoy the natural tide pools, shells, rocks and scenery looking at the mountainous coast and Catalina Island in the distance. From $115 per person.

SUP daily rentals: Minimum of 2 people for tours. Low tide is best and depends on wind conditions to some degree. From $35 per person.

Private Surfing lessons: We offer private and group lessons for all ages This is a 2 hr lesson that includes the surfboard, rash guard and wax. From $65* per person

Monteverde Cloud Forest Zipline & Hanging bridges: Take a trip out of the thick of the rainforest in Monteverde. Here you can zipline through the clouds on a course that is 2 miles long and includes a Tarzan swing. After this exhilarating experience and a hearty lunch, take your time walking through the clouds on the notorious hanging bridges, walking on eight different bridges with various lengths ranging between 150 feet up to 510 feet.

Tenorio Rafting Class III & IV White Water Rafting Experience the excitement of the beautiful Tenorio river located in the Guanacaste mountain range. With its pure white water and almost 20 kilometers of rapids surrounded by magnificent tropical forest, it is by far the best river in the Guanacaste area for rafting. No experience is necessary, however it will require a good amount of effort for this world-famous class III and IV white water rafting trip. The staff will make you feel confident with modern and certified equipment that will help you ride the rapids smoothly.

Children must be over 12 years old.
