Mercer Wellness Day Registration

We’re excited to invite you to a dedicated day of wellness, designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

This experience has been created to recognize your contributions and provide practical tools to
support your wellbeing, both personally and professionally.

 
 

What to Expect

Participants will take part in a guided wellness experience that includes:

  • Meditation and intention-setting practices

  • Interactive breakout sessions

  • Walking meditation experience

  • Time for reflection, integration, and connection

  • Gifts and Wellness Raffle for those taking part in the experience

All attendees will also receive a welcome gift and access to pre- and post-event resources to help extend the benefits beyond the day itself.

Additional Notes

  • Comfortable clothing is encouraged

  • No prior experience with meditation or wellness practices is needed

DENVER EXPERIENCE

Time: 10 AM – 3 PM
Location: Mercer Denver Office

The in-person experience is structured as a full-day wellness journey, including:

  • Guided meditation and intention-setting

  • Interactive breakout sessions integrated with mindfulness practices

  • Walking meditation experience

  • Scheduled breaks for integration and reflection

  • Closing Toast

  • 10-10:30am: Arrival and welcome and Root Introduction by Mercer Leadership

    10:30-11:30 am: Gather for Meditation, Intention Setting, and Practice

    11:30 am - 12 noon: Break

    12 noon-12:45 pm: Movement/Yoga

    12:45-1:45 pm: Lunch

    1:45-2:45 pm: Walking Meditation

    2:45 - 3pm: Closing Toast

SALT LAKE CITY EXPERIENCE

Time: 10 AM – 3 PM
Location: Virtual at Mercer Phoenix Office

The in-person experience is structured as a full-day wellness journey, including:

  • Guided meditation and intention-setting

  • Interactive breakout sessions integrated with mindfulness practices

  • Walking meditation experience

  • Scheduled breaks for integration and reflection

  • Closing Toast

The virtual program is designed to mirror the intention of the in-person experience in a condensed format:

  • Live-streamed key sessions from the Leadership team

  • Recorded guided meditation and intention-setting, plus journal prompt

  • Recorded chair yoga

  • Recorded walking meditation experience

  • Closing Toast

  • 10 am MDT: Arrival and welcome and Root Introduction by Mercer Leadership
