Mercer Wellness Day Registration
We’re excited to invite you to a dedicated day of wellness, designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.
This experience has been created to recognize your contributions and provide practical tools to
support your wellbeing, both personally and professionally.
What to Expect
Participants will take part in a guided wellness experience that includes:
Meditation and intention-setting practices
Interactive breakout sessions
Walking meditation experience
Time for reflection, integration, and connection
Gifts and Wellness Raffle for those taking part in the experience
All attendees will also receive a welcome gift and access to pre- and post-event resources to help extend the benefits beyond the day itself.
Additional Notes
Comfortable clothing is encouraged
No prior experience with meditation or wellness practices is needed
