Entrepreneur, Mindfulness Leader, and Joy Activist

 

Hi, I’m Breanne—a mirror, not a fixer.

I work with people who are ready to stop performing and start belonging—to themselves.

For over two decades, I’ve walked the path of deep personal growth, not from the sidelines but from the inside out. I’ve navigated depression, EMDR, therapy, mindfulness, antidepressants, embodiment practices, and the wild terrain of real, messy healing. I’ve also built a business, raised a kid, led international retreats, and run toward (and away from) purpose more than once.

I’ve led retreats around the world for over eight years through Root Adventures, holding space where truth, rest, and vulnerability come first. I’m also a personal trainer and entrepreneur with 20 years in the travel industry—so I know how to hold both grounded logistics and emotional nuance.

My coaching is rooted in presence, curiosity, and compassion. I work with people who are tired of striving and ready to live more honestly—with themselves, their bodies, their purpose, and their people.

I’m especially passionate about supporting folks navigating burnout, identity shifts, and big transitions. I work a lot with fellow helpers and healers, including activists, coaches, and creatives who are used to holding space for others and need somewhere to just be.

Through the lens of joy activism, I help clients reconnect with pleasure, play, rest, and their deepest yes. Because being resourced is revolutionary.
